Software Engineering Manager, NIIS

Raido is an experienced developer and architect, who started his career working as a developer on the Estonian population registry. He has since worked as a developer and architect on different public and private sector projects utilizing X-Road as well as other data-exchange solutions.

Raido has experience in such fields as e-elections, legislation, healthcare, taxation, customs and logistics. He is currently working as a software engineering manager leading the X-Road software core development team at the Nordic Institute for Interoperability Solutions (NIIS).
