Gustavo has dedicated his career to advancing open and sovereign Digital Ecosystems of Integrability (EDI). At ThinkNet, he led EDI deployments in seven Argentine provinces and, with RIL (Local Innovation Network), created the EDI-RIL to accelerate implementation in municipalities without provincial coverage. His purpose: to intelligently connect governments, businesses, and citizens, turning the digital public space into a driving force for collective innovation
